Diana is the Global Head of Art Law at the international law firm, Withers Berman LLP.
Her practice is focused on art law dealing with purchases, sales, loans, consignments and charitable giving of works of art. She has counseled art collectors and art dealers on all aspects of art transactions. As a member of the Wealth Planning practice group, she advises high net worth individuals and their families on tax, trust and estate planning matters, and associated commercial transactions.
An authority on art law and active in the art community, Diana has been quoted in various new outlets, including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, CNN, Bloomberg Business, BBC, and Barron’s. She has written articles in publications such as Forbes, Trusts & Estates, Crain’s, and Wealth Management. Diana holds a JD from Emory University School of Law and a BA from Georgetown University.
