Noor Kadhim is an international arbitration, art lawyer and investment advisor at Cubism Law. She has previously worked at a highly-reputed and established international third party provider of litigation financing. Prior to that, she advised clients on contentious and non-contentious matters in the context of legal roles at international full-service law firms in Dubai, London, and France, and as a director of In The Frame Ltd, her art advisory company.
She was also a deputy counsel at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) for a time. Noor’s clients have included high net worth individuals, galleries and institutions (including Tate Modern, Institute of Contemporary Arts, the Liverpool Arts Biennal, Qatar Museums, Art Dubai, Abraaj Group, independent galleries and collectors). She has advised on various contractual, soft IP, and dispute-related aspects. Noor regularly lectures at universities (including Oxford, LSE and the American University off Sharjah) and publishes frequently on arts and cultural heritage, and arbitration, issues.
