David Cleaton-Roberts, is a director at Alan Cristea Gallery where he works closely with the gallery’s represented estates and foundations, oversees the sales team and the gallery’s international art fair programme.
He holds a BA (Hons) in Art History from UEA and an MA from Manchester University. He is Vice-President of the IFPDA (International Fine Print Dealers’ Association) and sits on the IFPDA Charitable Foundation Board. He is an Honorary Patron of Jerwood Gallery and chair of the Paintings in Hospitals Collection Committee.
Cleaton-Roberts has curated numerous exhibitions, lectured and written extensively on prints and printmaking, including catalogues and monographs on Gillian Ayres, Ben Nicholson, Sam Francis, Naum Gabo and Josef Albers.
