Adrian Parkhouse is the Chair of the firm’s cross-disciplinary Art & Heritage Group at Farrer & Co and leads our disputes and contentious team in the field of art and cultural property. He acts for dealers, galleries (private and public), individuals and foreign governments in disputes concerning art and heritage property. He is a CEDR accredited mediator and a former Co-Chair of the International Bar Association’s Art, Cultural Institutions and Heritage Law Committee. He is also a member of the legal affairs committee for the International Council of Museums (ICOM).
