Tova founded Ossad Art Management in 2019, a bespoke registrar consultancy focusing on the import and export of art while also working on the administration of Temporary Admission Accounts, British and European customs procedures and planning for the United Kingdom’s exit from the European Union.
In 2005, Ossad graduated from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Art History and Italian Studies. After internships at the Frick Art Reference Library and Wildenstein & Co., her first job was for renowned art dealer Richard L. Feigen in New York City.
She moved to the UK in September 2007 to attend the Courtauld Institute of Art, where she completed a Masters Degree in History of Art in 2008. In October 2007, she began working for the international old masters art gallery, Moretti Fine Art, where she developed a network of shippers and a fluency in transports and customs.
She established Ossad Art Management because of her profound knowledge to navigate the complex rules of customs procedures in the United Kingdom and in Europe.
